Sales Territory Manager

As a Sales Territory Manager at Konker, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the South-West region. With a strong focus on developing and maintaining relationships with housing developers, contractors, and other industry professionals, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in cold-calling, follow-up, and networking. If you have experience working with timber doors or suppliers, this would be a significant advantage.
We are looking for someone who is autonomous, a team player, and has excellent communication skills. As a proactive and outgoing individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working independently. This role requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the B2B sales process.
In terms of compensation, you can expect a salary of £42,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including comms, bonus, and car allowance.
