As a Sales Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our business. With at least three years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar field, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities that align with our growth strategies.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, competitors, and trends to drive business growth. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition. If you have experience using and implementing CRM systems, particularly in assisting with the creation of an in-house CRM, this is a significant advantage.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, be proactive, and demonstrate a focus on meeting targets and continuous improvement. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 + DOE, along with a range of benefits including a company pension scheme, 23 days' annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and more.
