Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize sales processes and boost revenue.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in food and beverage or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in high-revenue stream businesses - £20 million +.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
