HSE Coordinator

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- HSE Management System Development: Develop and implement HSE requirements aligned with current standards and regulations.
- Training and Awareness: Organize training sessions to familiarize staff with HSE rules and practices.
- Risk Management & Assessment: Identify, evaluate, and manage safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Incident Management: Handle HSE incidents, investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on incidents, audits, and corrective measures.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate between project teams and HSE services to ensure compliance and safety.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose initiatives to enhance HSE performance and reduce risks.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of UK HSE regulations.
- Project management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and awareness skills.
- Team player and ability to coordinate HSE activities.
- Excellent experience on HSE software/tools.
- Experience in the Energy industry.
- Knowledge and experience of CDM 2015 an advantage.
- NEBOSH/Degree.
- IOSH accreditation.
- Valid UK working rights.
