Your Role:
As an Eye Care Assistant Day, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides training, supervised practice, and competency assessments. You'll work closely with our surgeons to assist in pre-operative testing, instruct patients, update medical records, and undertake roles in IOL theatres and laser vision correction departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support
  • Conduct pre-operative testing and assess patient suitability for treatment
  • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Assist surgeons during consent appointments and treatments
  • Report any untoward incidents or concerns
