Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to support the development of new partners and ensure the continued expansion of our UK market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the software industry, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, grow additional business, and revenue for products and services.
  • Delivery Management: Monitor schedule adherence, manage deliveries to schedules/forecasts, and maintain stock control.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, negotiate with suppliers, and source material.
  • CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date opportunity pipeline, chase open opportunities, and organize the CRM system accordingly.
  • Software Training: Provide software training to managed accounts to promote user engagement and ensure clients are getting the best out of the solutions supplied.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through existing accounts, generate leads, and plan meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of B2B sales support/account management background.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Office 365/Excel and good understanding of technology.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various industry accounts and contacts.
  • Teamwork: Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with managed accounts.
  • Time Management: Proactive, organized, and great time and work-load management to prioritize tasks and actions.
