About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Siamo Recruitment. As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing our ever-growing business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to build their career and take on new challenges. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, articulate, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to provide excellent service and meet and exceed customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers, identifying and understanding their needs, and providing access to specialist advice where required.
  • Sales Growth: Support the retention and growth of the customer base by continually liaising with current customers and prospecting for new customers via own initiative or using our call list system.
  • Order Management: Liaise with warehouse and distribution to ensure orders arrive on time, and log customer issues as well as responding to and solving customer problems / queries / complaints.
  • Team Leadership: Lead team meetings, conduct staff appraisals, and take on any other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities whenever reasonably asked.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including first-class written and spoken English, with the ability to work well within a team and use own initiative.
  • Education: Proficiency with MS Office applications and a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic, with excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
