New Business Account Executive

Howden Group Holdings is seeking an accomplished New Business Account Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and secure new education partnerships, including independent schools.
  • Provide solutions to educational establishments through phone, video calls, or in-person meetings.
  • Attend relevant conferences to generate new opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts using pipeline reporting and CRM systems.
  • Support the wider team in managing relationships with key partners.
  • Work with Service and Renewals to deliver an exceptional new business customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of general and legal principles of insurance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly to achieve tight deadlines and targets.
