Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Manager to join our team in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and negotiating business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing individual work to meet agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, negotiate, and profitably sell insurance policies within own authority and in line with our strategy.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage individual work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to maintain successful Internal and External relationships.
  • Operate within regulatory frameworks and identify and escalate any risks to the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent professional communication skills.
  • Good understanding of general insurance, preferably property.
  • Proven sales ability.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage workload.
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, agents, insurers etc.
  • Ability to construct effective written communications.
