New Business Account Executive Role

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Executive to join our Endsleigh team as a New Business Account Executive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and securing new education partnerships, such as independent schools.
  • Providing solutions to educational establishments over the phone, video call, or in person.
  • Attending key conferences to generate new opportunities.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective pipeline reporting and CRM systems.
  • Supporting the wider team in managing relationships with key partners.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and providing introductions to other areas of B2B.

Requirements:

  • Ability to exceed individual targets and achieve deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both orally and visually.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles and build rapport with clients.
  • Effective time management and workload organization.
  • Experience in dealing with third parties and developing relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to spot and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and effective opportunity management and reporting.
