About the Role

We are looking for a talented New Business Account Executive to join our team at Endsleigh Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding new business targets in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new education partnerships, including independent schools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing solutions to their insurance needs.
  • Attend conferences and events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Client Director.
  • Support the wider team with relationship management and cross-selling.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide insurance solutions to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and introduce new products to clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales, prospecting, and generating leads.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships and adapt to new opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage your own diary and workload effectively.
  • Experience of using CRM tools and managing opportunities.
