Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an Outreach SEMH Practitioner to join our team. As an Outreach SEMH LSA, you will be supporting children and their families within the community who are linked with our school. Pupils will have a range of complex SEMH needs and SEND.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. To conduct assessments and provide support programmes for families and build the home/school relationship to ensure that children are receiving the correct support and care at all times.
  2. To work closely with teachers, leaders, and other support staff in the school as well as external agencies.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to build rapport with children, families, and professionals

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Salary: £90-£110 per day, term-time only

Location: Enfield
