The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced Specialist SEMH Practitioner to join our well-established Behaviour Support Team.

We require a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in supporting schools to develop effective SEMH policies and practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing SEMH strategies to improve student outcomes
  • Conducting diagnostic assessments for students with SEMH needs
  • Collaborating with schools to implement interventions and support inclusive practice

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with schools, developing and improving their SEMH provision, and contributing to the creation of an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
