About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Equalities Team Administrator to join our team in the Communities and Social Policy Unit.
  • Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the work of the Equalities team, including coordinating meetings, managing databases, and administering training sessions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective networks and partnerships with stakeholders, including community groups and local authorities.

About You

  • You have experience providing administrative support to senior staff in a high-profile organisation or relevant transferable skills.
  • You are proficient in standard Microsoft Office packages, including advanced MS Word and Outlook, and intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
