About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and communicative individual to join our Equalities Policy Unit as an Administrative Manager for Equality Initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing project delivery, and developing effective communication systems.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including correspondence, emails, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a policy or advisory context.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
