We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as CEO of Gender Equality Initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading our initiatives to promote gender equality, including advocacy, research, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote gender equality;
  • Building partnerships with key stakeholders to advance our mission;
  • Leading our advocacy efforts to drive policy change.

This is a full-time role, open to flexible working and job-shares. The salary range is £75,000 - £80,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in driving our mission forward.

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with regular meetings in London, and access to our resources and expertise.
