Business Support Lead to the CEO

About the Job
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer Liaison to support the CEO in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex issues for the CEO, prioritizing, taking the lead, and deputizing for the CEO at meetings where appropriate.
- Assist the CEO in preparation of external meetings and events including maintaining external and internal stakeholder relationships and managing issues on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
- Brief and attend meetings with the CEO and take notes and actions as required.
- Prepare written and/or verbal reports and ensure the CEO is briefed on reports, publications, and any press/surrounding events; deal with emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Support the CEO on strategic and daily work, including the business plan, spending review, and fiscal events.
- Responsible for building and managing day-to-day relationships with external stakeholders, offices, as well as internal committees.
- Manage ad hoc projects for the CEO.
About You
- You have successfully completed studies in property management, economics, law, or a similar field.
- You have experience working in the investment sector, e.g., real assets.
- You have strong networking and stakeholder relationship building capability.
- You have knowledge of financial products and commercial transactional experience.
- You are an expert user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You have excellent project management capabilities.
- You possess exceptional organizational skills as well as a high level of commitment and solution-oriented approach.
- You have analytical and conceptual skills with a quick grasp of things.
- You are very flexible, pragmatic, and resilient.
- You have excellent communication skills and above-average social skills.
- You are business fluent in English and German.
