Job Description

The Executive Support Specialist will provide day-to-day support to our CEO, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include:

Organizational Efficiency
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing tasks and meetings to maximize productivity
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Stakeholder Liaison
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department leads and external partners
  • Communicate key updates and decisions to relevant stakeholders
Administrative Efficiency & Optimization
  • Streamline administrative processes to enhance the CEO's effectiveness and overall business efficiency
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges
Special Projects
  • Support project planning and tracking progress to ensure alignment with timelines
  • Conduct preliminary research and prepare reports to inform decision-making
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a high-growth startup or dynamic environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive approach, excellent written communication skills, and experience liaising with diverse stakeholders
