About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Executive Lead to partner closely with our Global Head of Communications and the CEO's Chief of Staff in developing and delivering an integrated communications programme. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling messages and stories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Branding and Messaging: Develop and refine the CEO's personal brand by crafting compelling narratives, key messages, and talking points that showcase their expertise, vision, and values. Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Media Relations: Partner with global external communications team to proactively seek opportunities for media interviews, press releases, and thought leadership articles to enhance the CEO's visibility and influence.
  • Colleague Communications: Work closely with the colleague communications team to align the CEO's messages with the broader company communications strategy. Ensure that leaders and employees are well-informed about the CEO's initiatives, achievements, and overall company direction.
  • Social Media: Own the CEO's digital presence, most notably their LinkedIn presence, to maintain a strong and consistent online identity.
  • Investor Relations Support: Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to provide communication support for quarterly earnings calls, shareholder meetings, and other investor-related events.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and manage speaking engagements for the CEO, ensuring maximum exposure and impact.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar executive communications role, preferably within the real estate, finance, or corporate sectors.
  • Strong media relations skills and a track record of successful media placements.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms for executive branding and communication purposes.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
