Job Title: Team Administrator

Company Overview: Taylor James Resourcing is a well-respected firm of consultants and business advisors based in the City of London.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Directors and staff, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Directors and staff, including typing requirements, producing documents, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Communication: Answer the telephone, transfer calls, and take detailed messages.
  • Task Management: Maintain weekly/bi-weekly meetings with Directors to delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Clients: Set up new clients, provide money laundering checks, update/delete client charges to the database, and update the system with lost clients or change of status clients.
  • Fees: Assist with the administration of the fee protection service for clients and take and process credit card payments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Administrator or similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
