About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a recruitment agency or a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and leadership skills.
  • Qualifications: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
