About the Role:

Whiteoak Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling technical services into Motorsport Teams, utilizing your expertise to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and growing sales within existing accounts.
  • Generate new leads and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the Marketing Agency and Internal Sales Team to leverage external leads.
  • Collaborate with the R&D, Engineering, and Commercial departments to understand client needs and offer tailored engineering solutions.
  • Present at board level, effectively communicating the value proposition of our performance-enhancing coatings and heat shielding technology.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving a 50%-50% split between growing sales within existing accounts and winning new clients.

Requirements:

  • Technical qualification (although not essential)
  • Proven track record of selling technical solutions into the Motorsport sector
  • Passion for Motorsport
  • Experience selling into Engineering and technically-minded staff
  • Ability to demonstrate success in winning new clients and growing established accounts
  • Track record of presenting at board level
  • Ability to achieve sales targets
  • Team player

What We Offer:

A competitive base salary of between £50,000-£60,000 (negotiable), plus car allowance, annual bonus, and benefits, combined with real long-term career progression opportunities.
