Core Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Supervise the full project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and cost-effective delivery while adhering to quality benchmarks.
  • Financial Oversight: Propel project financial performance, meet margin targets, and oversee labor estimates.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the project team, cultivating a culture of responsibility and excellence.
  • Timeline Coordination: Create and uphold project timelines, ensuring consistent progress and completion.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Relay project updates to stakeholders, including during review sessions.
  • Compliance Adherence: Follow all organizational standards and protocols, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to commercial guidelines.
  • Client Relations: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • On-Site Management: Oversee on-site operations with a focus on Health & Safety, and participate in client meetings to facilitate project execution.
  • Change and Claim Management: Efficiently manage claims and modifications.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure smooth integration of project activities among all involved parties.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and address project risks proactively.
  • Knowledge Capture: Document and analyze lessons learned from each project to improve future performance.
  • Procurement Strategy: Oversee procurement strategies to align with project timelines.
  • Team Development: Lead a small group of project engineers, guiding them to meet project goals.
  • Candidate Profile:
    • Degree in Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project coordinator in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.
    • Relevant project management certification.
    • Proficient in project management methodologies and commercial project oversight.
    • Experience with legal and contractual issues.
    • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster strong relationships.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
    • Skilled in risk management and mitigation techniques.
    • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
