Position Title:
Senior Project Coordinator

Organization:

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model with a combination of onsite and remote work.

Working Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible shift options available.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate.

Requirements:
A valid driver's license is necessary for travel across various locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the execution of significant projects as designated by the leadership team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the technology initiatives and manage a diverse portfolio of projects.
  • Offer guidance to ensure compliance with project methodologies and standards across all initiatives.
  • Utilize specialized project management tools to develop and maintain comprehensive project and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from executive leadership to administrative personnel, to facilitate project success.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the practical implementation of large-scale projects, ensuring effective utilization by end users.
  • Demonstrate experience in mentoring and managing junior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation and/or Agile certification is essential.
  • Proven experience in IT project management.
  • Prior experience in a managerial role.
  • Access to personal transportation is required for site visits.
  • Strong leadership skills, including analytical thinking, innovation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and peers within the organization.

Candidates should possess a degree or have a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
