Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Touchscreen Talent Limited. As an ICT Field Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing dedicated IT support services to our clients across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and Resolve IT Issues: You will investigate, diagnose, and resolve IT support issues, working closely with users, other staff, and third-party suppliers as necessary.
  • Service Desk Environment: You will take ownership of issue resolution, monitoring progress, and applying the escalation procedure as required.
  • Documentation and Support: You will gather and attach supporting information to tickets, assist with agreed plans to install or upgrade hardware and/or software, and create and maintain documentation for IT systems.

Technical Requirements:

  • Operating Systems: You will have experience with Microsoft-based operating systems, with a focus on Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Server 2022.
  • Networking and Devices: You will have knowledge of networking experience (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), laptops, mobiles, printers, and other network devices.
  • Software and Tools: You will be familiar with MS O365, AD (active directory), MS Teams, Sharepoint, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: You will possess excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • ITIL Foundation: ITIL v4 Foundation certification is desirable.
