Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal and external clients, ensuring that our IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Maintain and update IT systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Valid British driving license and access to a vehicle
