Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Applications Engineer Graduate to join our team at the Window Systems Division. As a key member of our ICT team, you will provide support and administration to key business systems, ensuring user requests are resolved to agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Provide 1st line support, coordinate 2nd line support with third party support company, manage third party support contract, and promote/develop the use of business systems within the organisation.
  • Data Analysis: Write reports using System Report Writing Tools and SSRS, and provide user training.
  • Project Management: Manage system enhancements, including ERP Business System & Warehouse Management System, Time & Attendance System, and Group VAT Reporting.
  • Service Delivery: Support the ICT Helpdesk function, ensuring user requests are resolved to agreed service levels, and provide root cause analysis of Helpdesk requests.

Requirements:

  • Education: Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering BSc
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Business Central ERP support and administration, SQL Server administration, MS Office 365, and Cyber security awareness
  • Experience: Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution operations, and Process/Change management

Working with Us:

As a member of our ICT team, you will work closely with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Distribution and Finance teams to support daily operations. You will also participate in various ICT projects to contribute to the delivery of the strategic roadmap and continuous improvement.
