Job Title: ICT Applications Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ICT Applications Engineer to join our team at the Window Systems Division.

Job Summary:

The ICT Applications Engineer will provide technical support and administration to key business systems within the organization. This includes providing 1st line support, coordinating 2nd line support with third-party support companies, and managing third-party support contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and administration to key business systems
  • Coordinate 2nd line support with third-party support companies
  • Manage third-party support contracts
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve business processes
  • Provide user training and support
  • Participate in various ICT projects to contribute to the delivery of the strategic roadmap and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering BSc
  • Microsoft Business Central ERP support and administration
  • SQL Server administration
  • Experience of Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution operations
  • MS Office 365 Office Apps, Outlook, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Cyber security awareness
  • Project Management
  • User training
  • Creating technical documentation
  • Experience of Process/Change management
  • Full Driving License
