Key Account Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Relationship Manager to join our team at SSE Enterprise. As a Key Account Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for providing a combination of key account management and bespoke commercial analysis for some of the largest energy users on the island of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Provide analytical modelling support to complex key account customers, including forecast cost modelling.
- Ensure all bespoke key account customer requirements are dealt with in a timely manner, including month-end reports.
- Act as the principal day-to-day contact for key account customers, responding to queries in a timely manner and using skills elsewhere within the organisation to resolve customer queries.
- Generate close business relationships with existing customers, including their key interfacing departments.
- Interact and gain credibility with the appropriate level and functions within the customer's business.
- Demonstrable, relevant business experience, with commercial or financial analyst responsibility.
- The ability to organise large volumes of data on spreadsheets and with strong Excel skills.
- Proven experience in developing complex models using Excel/Power BI, to offer scenario information to customers.
- The ability to create, manipulate and present financial information in a sales environment.
