Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned VP of People to join our leadership team and help shape the future of Blink. As a key member of our executive team, you'll partner with our leadership to define and execute a talent strategy that attracts, develops, and retains world-class talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with Blink's growth objectives
  • Build a culture of learning and continuous feedback, ensuring developmentally focused conversations are embedded throughout the organization
  • Lead the People team to deliver programs, tools, and experiences that engage and inspire our teams, driving a culture of learning and accountability
  • Oversee and develop all areas of People, including people development, operations, facilities, and talent acquisition
  • Design and implement scalable people frameworks and processes, leveraging data and technology to drive productivity and forecast workforce trends
About You

We're looking for a strategic and innovative leader with a proven track record in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. You'll bring a unique blend of business acumen, people management skills, and technical expertise to drive Blink's growth and success.

Key qualifications include:

  • Outstanding experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, including building world-class employer brands
  • Strong people management capabilities that inspire great work
  • Experience providing constructive partnership and coaching to leaders of all levels, up to and including C-Suite
  • Experience building a high-performing management culture through operations and enablement
  • Experience in HR thought leadership, with excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategy, define programs, and deliver content
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience scaling tech companies from 100 to 300 employees across different geographies
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven, with a focus on analytics
  • Creative and driven to implement new processes and initiatives
  • An international mindset and understanding of international talent markets
  • Experience leading or sponsoring Diversity and Inclusion programs
