As a Support Coach, you'll manage a caseload of customers, guiding them through their journey by enabling them to articulate their aspirations and realize their possibilities. Your responsibilities will include managing referrals into the service, conducting interviews and assessments, and notifying potential customers of outcomes. • Working knowledge of housing and benefits advice.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnership working with specialist agencies such as mental health teams and youth offending services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others. You'll be adept at adapting your approach based on your audience and desired outcome.
  • A comprehensive understanding of professional boundaries and a high level of personal integrity.
