About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to join our team as a Lodge Manager at Bower Lodge, a stunning new development of 48 one and two bedroom retirement apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Administer the maintenance of the property, including managing contractors and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to resolve issues and provide a first-class service.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve the goals and objectives of the lodge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with a range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative and good judgement to manage the safety and security of the development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
