Job Title: Floor Manager - Bar and Restaurant Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to support the Food and Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the RSM Club food and beverage facilities, including the bar and restaurant areas.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to plan and execute special events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including stock ordering and management.
- Manage the bar and restaurant areas, including mise en place, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager in a similar environment, with a strong track record of customer service delivery.
- Supervisory experience and a good understanding of food safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Selection Process:
A telephone interview will be followed by a trial shift for successful candidates.
