About the Role

The Manager, Performance and Reporting will be responsible for supporting the Performance and Planning team in delivering high-quality, data-driven insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for business improvement
  • Design and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and performance metrics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
