About the Role
The University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance and Operations Manager to join their Corporate RTT Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the effective management of inpatient and outpatient performance, encompassing the management of all administrative and performance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Corporate Referral to Treatment team across the Bristol and Weston sites at UHBW.
- Support the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care and promote a positive working environment for staff.
- Proactively manage the 18-week referral to treatment pathway and ensure achievement of access targets in line with National, regional, and Trust objectives.
- Lead service improvement initiatives in booking processes to improve performance and support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.

Requirements
- Significant experience of managing a range of staff or a major service.
- Significant experience of budgetary management, including management of contract income.
- Acute sector operational experience.
- Experience and proven ability in managing organisational/service change.
