Business Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Manager to join our team at Neartech Search. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and innovation through the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities- Business Solutions Alignment: Ensure that our client's strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is fully aligned with their business goals.
- Efficiency and Innovation: Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across internal operations and client engagement by leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Technical Landscape: Shape the technical landscape by identifying current challenges and potential opportunities for growth and enhancement.
- Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with internal users to develop functionalities that improve customer experience, retention, and business understanding.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and business performance.
- Leadership Support: Present key insights and recommendations to senior leadership, securing support for new processes and ways of working.
- Solution Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of solutions and data across all business areas.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT & Digital team and external consultants to develop, test, and implement new Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise: Strong experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Dynamics CRM in particular) as well as the wider Microsoft Technology Stack.
- Business Process Enhancement: A proven track record of enhancing business processes and customer engagement through technology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex insights to senior leaders.
- Innovation and Improvement: A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital solutions.
- Data Protection and Compliance: A solid understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR) and customer feedback management.
