Business Development Manager, Heathrow - Up to £35k plus commission

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at air-recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing over 125 client accounts across London, working closely with them to understand their business concerns and resolving any arising conflicts.

You will be visiting London clients once or twice per week, negotiating business contracts and delivering sales pitches to prospective clients. You will manage budgets of the client, explaining costs or expenditures and work with a CRM to ensure all relevant information is kept up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining client relationships with over 125 client accounts
  • Addressing client concerns and resolving conflicts
  • Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and some new clients
  • Delivering sales pitches to prospective clients
  • Monitoring client budgets, explaining costs or expenditures
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
