Your Role

As a vital member of the Competition Law team, you will provide expert legal counsel on various competition law issues, including merger control approvals, investigations, and litigation strategies. Your contributions will be essential in guiding the Vodafone Group and its local markets while fostering a robust competition law community.

  • Support the Group Competition Law team in achieving its objectives, including:
  • Advising on daily competition law challenges and managing responses to investigations;
  • Providing strategic legal guidance on mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance and developing initiatives to align competition policy with Vodafone's goals;
  • Overseeing competition law and regulatory litigation to safeguard the Group's interests and enhance value.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified legal professional in a jurisdiction with a comprehensive competition law framework.
  • In-depth expertise in competition law, merger control, litigation, and risk management; familiarity with the telecommunications regulatory landscape is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in managing significant competition law investigations.
  • A minimum of three years in a leading competition law practice or a major corporate environment.
