Your Role
As a vital member of the Competition Law team, you will provide expert knowledge and support to the Vodafone Group on all aspects of competition law, including merger control approvals, investigations, and litigation (both defensive and offensive). Your role will be instrumental in fostering the competition law community across the Group.
- Support the objectives and responsibilities of the Group Competition Law team, including:
- Advising the business on everyday competition law matters and managing responses to investigations;
- Guiding the business on strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, securing necessary approvals, and advocating for changes in competition policy to align with Vodafone's goals;
- Overseeing competition law and regulatory litigation to safeguard the Group's interests and maximize value;
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in a jurisdiction with a robust competition law framework.
- In-depth expertise in competition law, merger control, related litigation, and legal risk management. Familiarity with the telecommunications regulatory landscape is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in managing significant competition law investigations.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leading competition law practice or major corporation.

- Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks, with the first 13 weeks fully paid, followed by 26 weeks at half pay, and 6 months working 4 days while receiving pay for 5
