We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to represent the Pharmacy department effectively.

In this role, you will serve as the Personal Assistant to the Associate Director of Medicine Optimisation and Chief Pharmacist, delivering a thorough and confidential administrative and secretarial service to both the Chief Pharmacist and the Assistant Chief Pharmacists.

Your responsibilities will also encompass providing administrative assistance to the Pharmacy department, which includes managing signing in/out sheets, name badges, locker assignments, and other general office tasks.

Additionally, you will be tasked with compiling and preparing monthly staff returns for payroll, addressing queries through the e-rostering systems, and maintaining precise personnel records. This includes monitoring and managing records of annual leave, sickness, and study leave through both the e-rostering system and manual files.

The ideal candidate will possess personal and administrative experience in a dynamic office setting. Strong secretarial skills are essential, particularly in word processing, spreadsheet management, and minute-taking, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, efficient, and adaptable administrative and secretarial support to the pharmacy service, including managing payroll, annual leave, and other administrative systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries directed to the department.
