Job Overview

The Division of Surgery – BHRUT NHS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support to the department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work closely with the Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, including patient referrals and treatment times.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with health professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Trust policies and procedures, including compliance with the Data Protection Act.
