Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Centre Manager, ensuring all areas of administration are completed to a high standard.
- Manage the reception area, being the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
- Process correspondence, manage diaries, and assist with financial administrative processes.
- Signpost enquiries to relevant service providers and receive, check, and sign for incoming deliveries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in providing administrative support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good level of skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and email software.
