Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Autism Field Coordinator to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Neurodevelopmental service, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Neurodevelopmental service, including managing patient clinic bookings, coordinating care, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the administration of patient caseloads, waiting lists, and adding children to relevant pathways as required.
  • Follow up and progress patients stuck on the neurodevelopmental pathway as escalated by clinicians.
  • Coordinate administrative arrangements relating to reporting requirements, including the collation and presentation of documentation.
  • Oversee the facilitation and administration of meetings/panels, including taking formal minutes and ensuring key documents are available within defined timescales.
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent level of proven experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced level IT skills, including experience with electronic diary, email, and office management systems.
