Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Full Time

Salary: From £22,500* based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. To operate and maintain sales procedures as specified in the Quality Manual and relevant procedure manuals, ensuring correct documentation is completed within allocated time.
  2. To support and implement the Company's Quality System, carrying out responsibilities documented in relevant procedure manuals.
  3. To ensure quality records are up-to-date and stored in designated files and cabinets.
  4. To operate the 'Dealer Swap' system and participate in vehicle inspections, following relevant procedures defined by the Quality System.
  5. To provide efficient support to the Sales Department, covering a wide range of duties as required.
  6. To maintain a tidy Sales Administration Office.
  7. To be flexible and cover various duties as deemed necessary by the Managing Director, Finance Director, or relevant Manager.
