Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PEXA Group.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, document scanning, and filing.
  • Manage the specialist recruitment database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients.
  • Assist with interviewing and registering candidates, as well as booking appointments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced sales or recruitment environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in database software and Microsoft Office applications.
