Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Compile and update employee personnel records, both hard and soft copies.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and disciplinaries.
  • Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, bonuses, leaves, and other relevant information.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Produce documented minutes for all necessary meetings.
  • Provide support with tasks such as data entry and printing.
Performance Goals:
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and maintain integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of human resource personnel files and records.
  • Compile and update employee records, both hard and soft copies.
  • Assist the HR Manager and team with relevant tasks as needed.
