We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Nissan Dealers. As an integral part of our HR team, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including clerical and administrative tasks.
- Compile and update employee personnel records, both hard and soft copies.
- Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and disciplinaries.
- Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, bonuses, leaves, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Produce documented minutes for all necessary meetings.
- Provide support with tasks such as data entry and printing.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and maintain integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
- Maintain confidentiality of human resource personnel files and records.
- Compile and update employee records, both hard and soft copies.
- Assist the HR Manager and team with relevant tasks as needed.
