Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PEXA Group.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, document scanning, and filing.
- Manage the specialist recruitment database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients.
- Assist with interviewing and registering candidates, as well as booking appointments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced sales or recruitment environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in database software and Microsoft Office applications.
