Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Romford - Full Time

Salary: From £22,500* based on experience

Key Responsibilities
  1. To maintain and operate the sales procedures as outlined in the Quality Manual and relevant procedure manuals, ensuring timely completion of documentation.
  2. To support and implement the Company's Quality System, adhering to documented responsibilities in procedure manuals.
  3. To ensure accurate and up-to-date filing of quality records in designated files and cabinets.
  4. To manage the 'Dealer Swap' system and participate in vehicle inspections, following established Quality System procedures.
  5. To provide efficient support to the Sales Department, as needed.
  6. To maintain a tidy and organized Sales Administration Office.
  7. To demonstrate flexibility in covering a wide range of duties, as required by the Managing Director, Finance Director, or relevant Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
