Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineering Trainer

Total People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Engineering Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to our apprentices, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their chosen career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and coaching to apprentices in a classroom and workshop environment.
  • Develop and maintain individualized learning plans, ensuring learners achieve their qualifications on time.
  • Conduct regular learner interventions, providing support and guidance to learners as needed.
  • Ensure evidence for learning, achievement, funding, and Ofsted is captured effectively and timely.
  • Work closely with employers to ensure learners' skills and knowledge are embedded in the workplace.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports as agreed with your line manager based on your KPIs.
  • Contribute to the production of high-quality learning materials.

Requirements:

  • Relevant occupational sector experience and relevant qualifications (at a level 3 or higher than delivery).
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT or equivalent, or willing to undertake.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality, effective coaching that meets learner needs.
  • Excellent level of skills in written and oral and presentational areas, understanding the importance of focus on the audience to support learning.
  • Ability to plan, paying attention to detail and a track record in developing and delivering robust, effective, prioritised plans which achieve KPIs and strategic aims.
