Engineering Trainer

Total People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Trainer to join our team. As an Engineering Trainer, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and assessing students in a workshop environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and be able to deliver high-quality training to students. You will work closely with other Learning Coaches to ensure that the skills and knowledge learned in the classroom are embedded in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training to students in a workshop environment.
- Coach and mentor students to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviors.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Work closely with other Learning Coaches to ensure seamless delivery of training.
- Embed maths and English into training to ensure students meet required standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant occupational sector experience and relevant qualifications (at a level 3 or higher than delivery).
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT or equivalent, or willing to undertake.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, effective coaching that meets learner needs.
- Ability to deliver engaging and interactive teaching in the workshop to meet learners' needs.
